Kanban Moving Cards and Refresh Settings

Looked around a little in the Help and didn't see anything relating to this question.
A Co-Worker just shared a Kanban report with me and the first thing I noticed is when I move a card, the card dissapears - boop gone!

The only way to get the card to come back is to refresh the page. Not sure if this is known and in process. Checking here before I hit up support.

Hi Jim,

I can confirm that is unusual behavior for a Kanban report. The only reason that should happen is if changing the Kanban to another row effected how permissions were set up. For example moving it to a finished status and the report is filtered to not show finished projects or marking it as cancelled and permissions are set up to not show cancelled records, etc. I would definitely suggest putting a case in with our Care team if these records continue to disappear like that so they can take a look at the issue with you and figure out the reason it is behaving like that.
