Link to a file - best practices?

I'd like for users to click on a link, button or something  else to be able to leave QB, and open a PDF file on their mobile devices. The file is specific to the record the user is in when they click the link. The individual files are large, so I'd prefer not to upload into QB.

1.) Ideas for a storage location that is easily managed, including the uploading of the file and editing if needed

2.) I am going to have 760 different files, and each file will contain text, pictures, and video

Access needs to be secure - don't want individuals to be able to make changes to the files including deleting.

I have thought about Google drive or AWS.

Looking for some best practice thoughts around this subject.

Thanks!

I was able to add a new field in the tables settings.  I called it document link and selected URL link in the dropdown menu.  I then added the URL link to the document.  I also went into the field properties to remove the Http as well as options to add it as a button.  I did use google drive as the source of the document.  I haven't tried it with a link to the folders, but i'd assume you can do it that way as well.
