I have a multiple choice field which has 'choice 1', 'choice 2' and 'choice 3'. I enabled users to add new choices as required. However, I want only administrators be able to see the add new choices. Other general users should only be able to see 'choice 1', 'choice 2' and 'choice 3'. Is there a way to achieve this?

No problem.

You will need to make a separate table of your choices. If you have existing data in your details table you can make the transition easier by making the Key field if your Choices table be the text field holding the choice.

Then make a Relationship based in the existing choice field in your detail table.

Then you access control over which Roles can view or edit the choices table.
