Why every time I log into QB I have to go to Advanced search and select "List all applications in which I have been granted access" to see my apps on my Dashboard. I have to do this everytime I go to QB.
This sounds like you are accessing applications on multiple accounts. take note of the URL next time you are in the application that you are looking for. It will now be something.quickbase.com. Ever since the migration to the new UI, www.quickbase.com is not used.
Bookmark that app in your browser, or take note of that URL for the next time you are trying to access that app.
