My group is not listed in the Users list when setting up a notification

I'm trying to set up a notification to a group since QBase does not allow to send notifications to roles.

In the Notify Whom I select "A list of specific users", and click Browse Users.  Per a previous post, I expected to find my recently created group listed in that list, but it's not. 

It seems that my only option is to "Select from users in the group..." and I still have to select and list those users individually!

I fail to see the point of creating the group if I still need to add (and therefore remove) users individually from each notification (as opposed to removing them only once from the group)

Anyone else experiencing this? Am I missing something?

You should be able to simply type in the group name. It's not offered as a drop down list, but you should be bale to just type it in. No square brackets or anything, just the group name(s)

I tried this and it didn't work as described. I haven't had time to investigate but when I do I'll submit a ticket.

When setting up a Notification click Browse Choices and the group is listed in the select window. Click on the group and the users of the group appear in the left-hand select list. Users can be added to the right-hand choice field. I think this feature is really only a static filter for the Browse Choices pop-up window.
