My personal reports disappeared in settings

I'm the creator and admin of an app. I have created 3 reports for my own use only and so did not make them "common" when I created them.

They appear in the list of "mine" in the reports and charts area but do not appear in reports & charts section of settings so I'm not able to edit them since creation.

where would I find them in an editable version?

Hi Al,
This is not a fix for the problem that you are having, but maybe a workaround.
1. Click on the table where you created these initial reports.
2. Click on Organize icon and create a new folder.
3. Click on the Table's settings/Reports & charts. See if your reports are in there. If so, click on each one and open them.
4. Once the report is open, click on Save As, and save it in the Folder you created previously. Do this for each report, see if this solves your immediate need while someone else find a fix for your issue.

Option 1: Open the personal report from whichever table you made them on.

In the top right it will say, "Customize this report"

Then you can edit them and re-save.



Option 2: You can also go to the table settings > fields > then find a field that you know is in those personal reports.

Open that field's properties > click the "Usage" tab.

It will show a list of all the places that field is used, including your reports.  Click the report and you are in the personal report.

This is also how you can see and access other people's personal reports.  Then save the personal report as a common report if you want to share with the class.
