I have two questions:
1) In the second line of the formula below, what does the following text mean?  &nv=2&v0="
2) Similarly, in the third line, what does this text mean?   "&v1="

var text URL = URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_TIME_CARDS] & "?a=q&qid=145&nv=2&v0="
& ToText(\$datewords) & "&v1=" & ToText([Company:Project]);

var number Value = [Billable Hours Current Month];

var text Words =
If(\$Value >0,
ToText(Int(\$Value ))
& "."
& If(Int(\$Value )=\$Value ,"00",
Length(Right(ToText(\$Value ),"."))=1,Right(ToText(Frac(\$Value )),1) & "0",
Right(ToText(Frac(\$Value )),".")));

"<a href=" & \$URL & ">" & \$Words & "</a>"

Query Report number 145 is being run and it has 2 <ask the user> filters.

&nv=2 means and there are number of variables =2. I.e. There is gunna be 2 questions asked.

Then it proceeds to answer those questions.

The answer to the first variable numbered as v0 is that date if the first day of the month.
( for some reason computers like starting to count from zero. )

The answer to the second variable numbered as v1 is what's in the field [Company: Project]
