Projects table is parent to Resource Table, Time Details, and Project Teams.

Resource Table is parent to Time Sheets Table and Project Teams.

Timesheets Table is parent to Time Details Table.

Project Teams Table is parent to Time Details Table.

The Timesheets Table has a lookup field called Resource Name. The Timesheets form includes that Resource Name field and an embedded editable report from the Time Details Table. Therefore, the resources (employees) create a new timesheet each week and enter their project hours worked each day onto the embedded Time Details report of the same form. The fields in the embedded report include the Project name and Work Date. See screenshot for clarity.

How do I get a summary field that reports the maximum Work Date per project per Resource?

FYI - making a relationship between the Resource Table and Time Details Table does not seem to work as the Resource Name is tied to the Timesheet.
