Percentage complete based on how many fields are filled.

I have a few forms which I would like to show the percentage complete on the form. Say for example half (7/14) of all the fields have been filled, to show 50% complete. I've tried creating dynamic rules to show this but it doesn't work.  The fields on the forms vary from being Text, Users, Dates, and several other types. Is this possible to show % complete based on how many fields have been filled out? The closest thing I've seen has been this but prefer to not have check boxes:

Doh! Think I spoke to soon. May have found my own solution.

Create a formula numeric field called # Complete with Count([Field1],[Field2],[Field3]). This # Complete field counts how many fields in your form are filled out. From there create a new formula numeric field called % complete with the function [# Complete]/20 where 20 is the total number of fields in your form.

Or you can build this all into 1 field by doing

Count([Field1],[Field2],[Field3])/20

Count() works on any argument type:

Count([Text], [Users], [Dates], [... other types]) / 4
