I have an app that has 3 roles and each role has their own dashboard. However, I would like to group just annual reports (from multiple tables) in 1 place (not on their dashboards) that everyone has access to. I want to see all 2016 reports together and then all 2017 reports together and so on.

Easiest way would be to put it on their dashboard as you have the ability to add a few reports on a new Dashboard page.  Easy peasy, no scripting.

If not, you will need to create a custom page and using Javascript/Jquery that pulls in the reports and displays them on a page.

Now that I am thinking of it, what you could do is create a dashboard page in QB called Annual Reports.  Not a code page, but a dashboard page.  Stay with me.

1. Go to Home -> Settings -> Pages
2. Find the new dashboard page you created and there will be a little magnifying glass to the right of the entry (It's beside the "X" and "Copy" icons).
3. Right click the magnifying glass icon and select "Copy Link Address"
4.  Then on each roles dashboard, add a button that uses a URL.
5. Paste the copied URL into the button's URL field.

Now there will be a button on each roles homepage that will open a new window showing your annual reports.
