Recently the window pane title 'Quickbase Exchange' started appearing on the log-screen for my users.

Anyone have any idea how to disable it.

Hey Mehendra-

The Exchange provides a convenient location to put the shell of an app (not the data, since that is removed before it is shared) so that it can be used by others inside and outside of your company to quickly solve a similar problem. Note that Apps shared to Exchange can be deleted from the Exchange at any time by the user who contributed the app.

If you still want to disable the ability to contribute apps to the Exchange, you may do so by following these steps:

· Go to your MyApps page, and click “Manage my account” on the right sidebar.

· On the summary tab, click “Edit Account Properties” to get to that page

· The third choice is a checkbox “Allow App Sharing” This controls whether or not app managers of apps in your account can contribute (share) their apps to Exchange. Uncheck this option and save your changes.

Bob can you attach a screen shot of what you see? Either that or enter a support case so that we can see what you see? You are a full admin on your account so you should see this third option.

The box is unchecked. and I still get the 'Exchange pane'
