Has anyone connected their phone system to quickbase for Tracking phone calls? We currently have Mitel Connect are looking to create a CRM type application to track calls and emails from Customers. Anyone seen this done? Tips?
A low tech "integration" is to hope that phone system can create a CSV file and then find a way to coax that into a Synch file source like an SFTP path or any of the three cloud storage services, Dropbox, Box or Google drive.
