Report link inside a form not shown on email notification. Says "Unable to display report. You do not have sufficient permission."

The link was imbedded inside the form but when the user receives the email notification stating that a part (value, eg. number of days) was changed. The site information cant be seen. Attached is the screenshot of the email notification (part of it).

Well, let's start with the obvious. Does the user have permission to see the records on the report?  Is the type of Notification one that is set to be Receipient or Open?  Is the person it's going to a User or a non user?

Thank you for replying, really appreciate your help... Yes he has permission to see the records on the report. Its set to be recipient. how will i know if its going to a user or non user? the form may be edited

If the email is to a non quickbase user, the email notification will have to be sent as open, and you'll need to make sure ALL fields relating to you're report have permissions set so internet can view the fields.  This includes fields used for sorting and filtering- not just the column fields.
