Hi,

We are working on a project customization for a large logistics management and retail management organisation , which has procured 3400 quickbase license. We are facing below issues while customizing current quick base app. I want to generate the addRecord page in my native iOS application, specific to that project. This requires field IDs that need to be displayed on my native addRecord page. Can you please create an API for us, which will provide us the details required to display the addRecord page. We had explored the addRecord page API as well as DoQuery API. Both of them are not suitable for our purpose.

Currently API_GenAddRecordForm only provides me an HTML page for the addRecord page, but since I am building my own native interface I require the fieldIds before I call the AddRecord or EditRecordAPI so that I can implement the exact page as displayed in the web in the native interface. For this purpose I require the field Ids of the fields that are to be displayed in the addRecord page. Kindly provide an api for that.

This is the expectation from the client for this project customisation.

There is a list of QuickBase solution Partners here.  http://www.quickbase.com/partners

Maybe one of them can help you.  You might try The Data Collaborative, Trinity, or VeilSun.  I'm sure there are other QuickBase shops who may be able to help as well, but that might give you a place to start.  Or perhaps contact Dan Diebolt directly via the information in his profile on this thread to see if he would take this on as a paid project.  Dan is who you have been dialoging with on this post here.

How much does it cost to build an API for that?

Client team would like to see a proof of concept utilising this functionality. As per our understanding, this proposed api can help us to get the ball rolling. They would like to make a decision to purchase more licenses based on the outcome of this project.
