I have a formula text field to combine two fields in one for reports.

[Employee Name] & "" &[Temp Employee]

I would like to be able to color any line that just lists Temp Employees.

I don't know why I just cant work this out today. Do I need to create a different formula-text field or can I add the colorization formula to the same field.

Also, what would the formula look like?

Thank you.

This formula would color any row where the [Employee Name] is blank.

IF(Trim([Employee Name])="","yellow")

I'm not sure why but whatever formula i try, the colorization is not working... for example, on the above formula, the word yellow is showing up rather than the line becoming yellow.. and i DO have "allow some html" checked, but have also tried it without it checked just to see and the same thing is happening..
Nevermind... I just figured it out. Thank you!
