I have Three tables in Quickbase: Course Projects, Faculty, Stipend. the relationship between the tables is:
Course Projects < Stipends (course project has many stipends)
Faculty < Stipends (faculty has many Stipends)

In the Course projects I have added a summary table of the stipends, which in turns has the name of the faculty. However, I cannot run a report from Course projects table with the name of the faculty assigned to this course project. I can only run such report from the stipend table. However, I would like to also send an email notification when the course project is complete and ready for payment and indicate in the email the course name, stipend, and the faculty name.

How can I send the email notification with faculty name listed in it and how can I run a report with the faculty name from Course Project table?

Perhaps you want to think about your relationship setup.

One would think that a Faculty has many course projects and a course project has many Stipends.  You would not need the relationship between faculty and Stipends,.  Instead you would bring any lookup fields from faculty down to Stipends via the Course projects table and also summarize up the same way.
