Sales Manager / contact manager. Is there a way to add an email bcc address to outbound emails to ensure that they are logged against a client / prospect record?

Both Salesforce and Zoho have the ability to create a unique email address which you add in the bcc field. Does this exist in Intuit sales manager ?

Quickbase notifications can be sent to multiple email addresses, and they all send out separately, essentially like BCC. So edit the notification that is sending the emails and add the bcc address you want to use. This will only work with "open" notifications, but I assume that is what you are using.

Hi David, Thanks for taking the time to reply.  I think we may be talking about different things. The use case here is that I am sending a mail from my company email. I add the BCC address in my Mail client in the BCC field. As long as the CRM has the recipients email in its database, it will store my email to that person within the record.  This means that the whole team can see who has emailed one particular person, or multiple people within the same account. I am not looking to get a quick pace to notify multiple people within my organisation

We have an email triggers service that can do this...

here is a demo:  https://juicedtech.quickbase.com/db/bhtacf9fz

right now the demo inserts a new record into a table in the app. If you send an email to yourself and BCC this email address, insert@qbtriggers.com,  a new record will be created.

This can be designed to connect the email message to a record in a contacts table based on the to email address.
