Save to PDF does not format correctly.

Hello, I have an invoice form which users predominantly use to save a record as a PDF. One user says that when he converts any document from QuickBase to PDF it doesn’t format correctly on the right side of the page. We've checked with our internal IT department and they saw no settings to change on his PC. Has anyone else run into this? 

He is using Google Chrome, and this doesn't happen within other programs - just QB.

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBase Community! It's tough to say whether this is a QuickBase issue or browser related. I would suggest you have your user submit a support case, provide a screenshot and exact steps to reproduce. Once we have this information we will be able to investigate the issue further in order to find a solution.
