Sending a report in an email notification

Hello! I have one table, called Employees, that has a one-to-many relationship with another field, called Assignments. I use the these two table to assign equipment to Employees. I have a report link in the Employee table so I can see the Assignments that each Employee has related to them.

When an employee leaves the organization, I check a box and would like to receive a notification email that has the report link embedded in it showing me all the Assignments associated with the Employee.

What I have now is just a link TO that report, but I would like to see the report itself. Is it possible?

No problem,
Either on your form  or a copy of the form, set the report link to display the records on the form.

If you make an alternate form for your notification, beside to set the form in the email notification setup

Ah! I can't believe I missed that! It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

This may be a question for another thread, but is it possible to remove the text at the top of the notification that explains why the notification was sent, leaving just the data from the form?
