I want to have a user-input field where the coordinator can choose what people from her group to receive a daily report. Currently the closest choices in the subscription  delivery only lets me choose by role or manually inputting an email. Are there any other ways of getting a subscription to send to a user-input field?

The only other option I see is to create what are called groups.  But that requires Admin access.http://www.quickbase.com/user-assistance/Default.html#create_a_new_group.html

hmm, could there be a form rule that triggers adding the users added into the user field to be dynamically added to the group? I don't know if that would work.
Only users with Admin level access can update groups.  So even if there were a way to edit groups by a form rule which there is not) or an API, you will need to respect Permissions and Permissions are always checked before QuickBase does anything.

You only option is to elevate certain users to basic Access with Sharing.  Then make a Role called people who receive the XYZ report.  That Role should have no permissions to see or do anything.  Then your specials user can A and remove users to that Role.

I ended up using a third party application from Juice Tech to help out with this, and it seems to be working ok. Thank you so much for the input!
Thx for letting us know. Yes, Juiced is a great company to use when native QuickBase has limitations that you can't live with.
