How can the sort of TC color codes on a task be controlled?  I tried changing the title in the formula but that did not change the sort.  We would like red first, then yellow, then green then the clock, then grey...

Thanks, Ron

So that is just a text string which will sort alphabetically.  You would need to come up with text preceding each result that would affect the sort like an extra space or two.

It is an odd request though, as you could simply have another field with a similar set of IFs which would calculate to your desired sort order like 1, 2,  3,or 4 and sort in that field instead.  That is what I would recommend.  Note that just because a field is not explicitly a column on a report that does not prevent it from being used to sort.
