So I would like to have the optional summary table appear at the top of the report page rather than the bottom.  The report is a table of contents for a document library, and records are grouped by category, which is the basis for the summary table. There are lots of documents  so it would be nice if users could click the category on the summary table to go right to the documents they needed rather than scrolling

It is not possible to have the summary at the top, so my suggestion is to either use a Summary report or a Table report just showing the "Group by" Summary totals, and then have the user drill down to explode open the detail records that they would like to see.

Alternatively, show the detail, and have a report header description which guides to the use Dynamic Filters to limit the report results.

Thanks.  I kind of figure that, but it's still disappointing.
