table to table import Button with API_Authenticate

Would anyone know the simple syntax to create a button to run API_RunImport while simultaneously authenticating through a user (API user) that has a role with "Full Administration" privileges and "edit field properties" to be able to run the table to table import?

The goal is to limit the end user role from accessing the "edit field properties" and having "full administration" but still be able to invoke the table to table import without having to sign into another user/role with applicable permissions.

Thoughts or character syntax?

I have a bug report into QuickBase on this issue, but its been there for a long time (Oct 2013).  It would be good if you reported this as a bug to get more attention.  It makes no sense that a User needs to have "Edit Field Property" permission in order to do a table to table import copy. The Bug is QBE007737.

Has this issue been resolved or is there a work around for this?

When i try to click on the button which runs the import i get an error message i do not have the right permissions. But it works when i put in the ticket id. Is there a way to achieve this without hardcoding the ticket id?
Can you post your URL formula code..  They did fix that bug, so you should not need to have permission to edit field properties.
