Hi - I have 6 fields where you can rank priority from 1-5. I then have a field that adds the numbers, then divides them by 6 to get an average.

Based on the average, I'd like a message to appear - so if the average is less than 2.7 the message says "low priority". From 2.7 to 3.8 message is "medium priority" and anything above 3.9 is high priority. I can get the >= and <= numbers to work, but not the ones in the middle. I've tried various things, my last try was this and of course it didn't work:

List ("",
If ([Total] <= 2.7, "Low Priority"),
If ([Total] >= 2.71, "Medium Priority"),
If ([Total] >= 3.8, "High Priority"))

Would really appreciate some help!!!!

If(

[Total] <= 2.7, "Low Priority",
[Total] < 3.8, "Medium Priority",

[Total] > 3.8, "High Priority")
