The application manager is no longer with the company, and we do not have her password to get into her account. How can we change the applications manager?

Contact QuickBase Support and they can help you if you are listed on the Realm (Billing Account).

Log in to QuickBase and at the top look for HELP, then Manage Support Cases and Create a Case.

I don't believe I am listed on the Realm. I did create a case and it took me here. Is there any way to talk to a live person?
They will contact you by phone or email according to how you entered your case.
