The child app can pull a user from the parent, but it won't send them a notification. How can I fix this?

The child app is to send a notification when it is changed. The correct user is pulled from the parent into the 'Associate Today' field. The notification is to be sent to the user in the 'Associate Today' field. No notification is sent when the change is made.

Hi Greg,



A few things to look out for is to make sure the notification is set up on the same table as the change you're making, and to double-check that the criteria for the notification is being met. If that does not help, the best thing to do is to open a support case by going to Help > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case so one of our customer care specialists can take a look at your app and figure out why the email is not working.
