Is there a way to track changes in quickbase after you edit a field? I see if you have an automated email setup it will list what changed and provide the new update, but is there anyway to track those changes within the application? I would like to click on my List Changes report and export and see what changes from week to week. Thank you.

Presently, other than viewing those emails, native QuickBase does not have a better answer. But that has not stopped folks from creating custom scripts and applications to get around that. There are several third party products out there which do just this.

Having said that, there is also a request on QuickBase Uservoice to add the feature called QuickBase Triggers. Even though it is the highest rated request and QuickBase is dragging their feet on implementing that. If you can add your votes to that request on QuickBase uservoice, that will be helpful.

In the meanwhile, custom scripting and third party solutions is the only way to go.

Hope that helps.
