Translating a working excel formula to quick base lingo

Please help translate the below formula from excel to Quick Base. I have it as a Formula - Text field and could get it to work as a check box, but would prefer text if possible. 

=IF(OR([Agent]="Paul",[Agent]="Groove"),"Proxy","False")

You will find that QuickBase syntax is simpler than Excel.


// note that "Proxy" means blah blah blah
 
IF(
[Agent]="Paul"
or
[Agent]="Groove","Proxy","False")

You can also of course write it on one line, but the use of spacing helps in human readability.

Any portion of a line after // is treated as a comment and ignored by the formula.
