I can't seem to find from previous questions, to get my formula correct. This is the scenario.

If [Completed] field has a date, formula should be "ToDays([Completed]-[Instructions Sent])"

If [Completed] field is empty, formula should be "ToDays(Today()-[Instructions Sent])"

What formula are you currently using and what is the result you're receiving?

I currently have "ToDays(Today()-[Instructions Sent])". But once I have the date in field "Completed", I want see the duration from date of [Instructions Sent] to date in [Instructions Sent]. If there is no date in [Completed] field, I want to see the duration from [Instructions Sent] to today.

There are probably several ways to do this, but this should work:

ToDays(IF([Completed] >= [Sent],[Completed],Today()) - [Sent])
