I think the user management or lack thereof in QB is a major issue. Anyone with a large user base struggles to put a process in place. I am finding it difficult to keep track of users who are no longer active (by not logging for 1-2 months)  and I am still paying for them.  Apart from exporting data and analysing in Excel, is there any option where users table can be manipulated to create a report of inactive users?

The list of Users with access can be sorted by the Last Access Date.  Does that help?

Thanks. With large membership, I would rather have an exception  list received periodically but obviously that is not possible.  Appreciate your response.
