User Rules and Access

I am trying to setup access for users to see assigned projects and think I am missing something...

Here is what I have

  • I have two formula checkboxes in place for customer and branch
  • I have a user table with location of customer or branch and userid
  • I have 5 customer districts setup for access to their stores
  • I have the userid set as the key field on the user table
  • I have the lookups for location and company name and the relationship to the location table
  • I have the current user as the reference field on the relationship for the lookups
  • The fields are there as a lookup but not populating, not sure what I am missing

Did you remember to put the formula User() in the field [Current User]?

Joey had forgotten to add his primary login to the Users table his data was coming from.
