Users do not see the ""Test as Another Role"" UI even though their role does not have ""hide"" checked. Why?

    They must be set for Full Administration or Basic Access With Sharing to be able to test in other roles.

    One additional thing that can cause this option to be hidden is if under app branding the option "Hide QuickBase standard menu options" is checked.

    Thank you so much for posting this. I know this is an old post but I've been trying to figure out my issue for months now and this is what did the trick.
