Users - is it possible to edit the status of a user? We inadvertently denied status on a user by mistake. Can I edit it back to registered?

I hope you contacted support, given there was no response from the community on this one.

If your the account admin (i.e. can see the billing section) there's a directory section, in there you can find the denied user and re-enable it, by setting it to guest or approved. It may be though that for certain account types this area isn't accessible by the customer so would be a support call from your account holder.
