Variance Report with Multiple Fields

    Hi all,

    First time poster here.  I'm usually able to find most of the solutions within the community, but I had no luck with this one.  Hoping someone might be able to help.

    I'm trying to create a dashboard where the users will navigate to a report and populate records with the fields:
       Region (East, West, Central, etc)
       Event Information (description of the event)
       Subcategory (Charity, Sponsorship, Travel, Conferences, etc.)
       Year (2018, 2019, 2020...)
       Spend (the cost incurred)

    A record would look something like this.
    Year / Region / Event / Subcategory / Spend
    2018 / East Coast / Quick Base Conference / Events / $2,000

    Each of region reports would then roll up to a summary table.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
