I have two user fields [Assigned To] which is a single user field and [Action Team Member] which is a List-User field which can have up to 10 users.

I am creating a formula - checkbox field in which I would like to have checked if the current user USER () is either the [Assigned To] user or one of the [Action Team Member] users.

What function can I use to determine if the current user is part of a List User field?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Peter,

Try this for your formula checkbox field:

[Assigned To] = User()

or

Contains(UserListToNames([Action Team Member]),UserToName(User()))

Hope this does the trick!

Thanks Brendan that did the trick. I tried playing a few games like that to get it to work but kept stumbling over it. I appreciate your help!!!
