While the issue has been resolved for most customers we have had some reports of customers that are still experiencing a slowdown in service. Our Operations team is actively looking into the issue as it appears to be tied to some larger underlying ISP network problem and we are trying to isolate how this is impacting those users still experiencing a slowdown.
