Why not have a form builder that allows a user a no code choice to export a record?

I keep seeing posts where people are jumping through hoops to export data for another form. Why can't I create a "form" based on my company layout and hit print - and be done?
Worst case would be to create the form and embed the fields needed. Seems like an easy thing for Quickbase to do.

-Not too complicated of a form. But exporting from quick base = pain in butt.

    Hi Douglas,

It is true that currently many users make use of Exact Forms to help them build out invoices or order forms with a custom set up or company branding. If being able to create a form natively in Quick Base with more flexibility to be edited and utilized for printing is important for your use of Quick Base I would recommend posting your feedback on our User Voice platform. User Voice is a tool used by our Product Management team to gauge user interest in future features and enhancements to existing features. The Quick Base User voice can most easily be accessed from the My Apps page in Quick Base by clicking on the orange Feedback tab that appears on the right of the page or at http://quickbase.uservoice.com by signing in with your Quick Base credentials. It allows other users with similar needs to add their vote and show their support for ideas. I often recommend when an idea is submitted to user voice that a link should also be posted here in this thread so that others with the same need can add their vote. Thank you very much for your feedback Douglas.
