'Add Activity' button is working differently in same table

I have an 'add activity' button in a table listing different properties. When you click it you can add activities in the activity table and it is supposed to be linked to the property and you are supposed to see it in the property table, as well as the activity table. 

It is working on one property but none of the others. I have been using Quickbase for a long time and this makes no sense to me. 

It is shows up like this on the one property's table. Even when you add the activities the exact same way on the other properties they are entered in the activities table but they do not appear on the property.  After entering through the property table it appears as No activities. I cannot figure out what is going on. Thanks.
