Can't create new app after starting trial

Hi

I can't create a new app after starting the trail. It tills me an email has been sent to the admin, but I'm the admin and I've not seen anything.

I just started a new company that uses Quickbase. I want to practise creating some apps before using the work accounts for creating apps that everyone can see.  So, I created a trail account and completed the registration process then selected to create my first app. Now it's telling me it needs admin approval first.

What step did I miss? How do I create my first app?
