Conditional formatting in a report

Hello,

I am fairly new to QB.  I would like to highlight when two fields of two different records (on a report) are not equal.  For example, looking at September and October caseload numbers for a user.  October caseload at beginning should equal September caseload at the end.  when these fields are not equal, I want the records to be yellow.

How can I do this?

    Simple sounding question but this is actually quite difficult to do.  It can be done using an advanced technique using a Formula Query though.  It would be tricky to solve this one via this Forum.  It would probably take 30 minutes of one on one consulting.
