Dynamic Form Rules & Requirements

Is there a way to change requirements on a form after a user takes a specific action? For example, only 2 fields are required normally, but if the User selects "yes" from a drop-down or marks a checkbox yes, then other fields become required? We want people to be able to use the form and enter whatever info they have as they get it, but we don't want them "submitting" it until the form has all of the info.

    yes, thats exactly what a form rule does.

    When

    multiple conditions are true ...
    (or maybe just 1 condition) 

    Then "Make required"  field xyz.
