Email an Exact Form Output

Is there a way to email the output for an exact form. Instead sending a hyperlink to the output via a notification.

    Willis, do you mean a listing of the field values for the form after input or a "picture" of the form in the email?

      Thanks for responding. I am trying to email output after you click on the HTML link that the exact from creates in record. If I try using sending the entry it shows as a hyperlink in a notification.

        Can you test this for me?  I don't have a way to test this and it's a crazy idea. 

        Make a formula Rich Text field.

        "<img src=" & [my exact form url] & ">"

        Does it render an image when places on a form?  If so maybe it can be used in the body of an email notification.
