Exporting totals

Is there a way to take the total of multiple entries like it shows in the report and get those to export to excel or into another report. 

The break down is an expense report is created, within this report are multiple weeks, each week has its own weekly total. I want to then get the total of all weeks for that expense report only.

    I suggest that you make a new report of type "Summary" and it will let you export its lines, which will be the totals.
