Generate a Record From an Email

Question

Good day,I have created a ticketing system that has multiple field such as "Applicable Sites", "Description", "Title" etc. that's important to each ticket and to do RCA from the statistics. Is there anyway to generate such a ticket/record from an email? As in, I send an email to some QuickBase email or so that can forward to QuickBase and automatically generate a record?I know this would have somehow have to identify which information is going into which field, but is there a way to have something embedded into email like a form or what that can be used to identify the fields?So I guess this question goes further than just QuickBase, but I would like to hear if it's even possible to generate something from an email.Thanks in advance!------------------------------Aylana Vorster------------------------------
