Include caption with photo, but center the text under the photo

I have a picture in a file attachment field, and I am trying to combine it with a caption, but center the text under the photo. I can get a thumbnail of the photo and append text to it (with a line break), but am not sure how I would center. Is it possible?

    Mike I'm traveling now, but I found this in my cheat notes, but did not have time to test.  LMK if it works. 

    "<div style=\"border: 1px solid red; font-weight: bold; background-color:yellow; color:black; font-size: 200%; text-align: center; \">" & [Store Name]  & " " &  [Banner Image] & "</div>"
