Multi select user Field is Populating as Square Bracket "[]" in Pipeline.

I have created a pipeline using in built Quickbase search to get the Analysts and Project Managers. These two fields are multi-select user fields. I am using these fields in other steps. It is working fine, if these fields has user values but it is populating "[]" when field is blank. I have used {{CLEAR}} but it is not working.
