New Record Form won't load with using new form version

Hello,

Suddenly yesterday my New Record form would not load. Even if I create a copy or try re-creating the form from scratch, it will not load using the new version. That being said, if I switch to the old version of the form it will load but that's not the look my team wants. It has worked fine up until now.

Here are the last things I was doing before the new forms stopped working on this table:

1. Building a pipeline that connects to Salesforce (Schemas stopped refreshing once the problem occurred).
2. Changed the Key field a few times for testing with Salesforce, and deleted the whole key fields I that didn't work out.
3. Created two new, normal text fields.
   
   Any help would be greatly appreciated!
