Power BI Connection Question

I have created a Qbase table report - and in the option section I have selected CSV as the format. When I click on the report it automatically downloads (which is great) --- I would like to know if it would be possible to connect to this report from Power BI (via Power Query)?

I'm currently using the Quickbase Power BI connector -- this works fine -- but it takes a long time to load the data. My hope is that -- maybe I can leverage a Quickbase Report that is formatted as a CSV -- and import the report directly into power bi -- just as a csv or excel file is imported -- resulting in the data loading faster. 

Is this possible? Not sure if there is an API call via URL that would allow this --- Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you
