QuickBase and DocuSign

Hello,

I am trying to see if QuickBase pipelines can help with a DocuSign issue. 

We have a Contract for Construction. Inside there is a checkbox for the signer to state if they are the property owner or not. 

If they are NOT the property owner, we would like to send out another document (Letter of Authorization) to the property owner using QuickBase pipelines. Is it possible to check for both the email of the owner and the checkbox status from the Contract for Construction, and use that to send out the Letter of Authorization?

I see there are some connections to DocuSign but I don't quite understand how they work. Any help would be appreciated!
