Reminder emails and subscriptions

Hello,

Reminder emails and subscriptions don't seem to be sending to all my recipients, unless I have the email address actually typed out.

Everyone seems to get the notification emails when I have the distribution set up like below.  However, when I do it this way for for reminder emails and subscriptions, it only sends to the "vw@email.com":

[PRM Email]
vw@email.com

Am I supposed to enter it differently?  I use the "[PRM Email]" to signify using the email address that is entered into the form.
